What does “active athlete” mean?

An active athlete is someone currently paying for your coaching. If an athlete cancels or pauses their subscription, they no longer count toward your plan. You are not charged per upload or per feedback message.

What about videos?

You do not need to count videos manually. Athletes submit videos as part of their coaching subscription, and Cue analyzes them with AI before you review them. There is no artificial “10 videos per month” limit, no charge for every individual video, and no technical AI settings to manage. Cue includes AI analysis for normal coaching use. Extremely unusual bulk uploads or non-coaching use may require a different plan.

What does the 7% mean?

If your athlete pays $59/month:

  • Athlete pays$59

  • You receive$54.87

Before payment processing. You only pay the 7% when you earn money through Cue.
